Decking Protector is best applied on days when the weather is above 10 °C and no rain is forecast.

1. Shake the tin thoroughly to ensure it’s all mixed together.
2. Pour the Decking Protector into a plastic container.
3. Use a brush, roller or low pressure spray to apply the protector. If you use a sprayer you will need to protect the surrounding area from overspray.
4. Work the protector into the wood grain.
5. If, after 15 minutes, you notice any protector pooling or ponding, redistribute it to dry areas.
6. Wait for a maximum of two hours for the first coat to dry. Drying times can vary though depending on the weather conditions and the type of wood you’re protecting.
7. Reapply a second coat and wait 20 minutes before redistributing pooling protector with a dry brush.
8. Wait 24 hours for the decking to dry completely before moving back furniture.
